■ Serial Numbers:   Enter the Serial Number of your device in this box and click “ADD”. This adds the Serial Number to the list of devices you would like to process the RMA, when opening the ticket. You can add up to 10 Serial Numbers separated by a comma (,) between the two serial numbers.

■ The Support coverage for each Serial Number will also be displayed on screen after you click “ADD”.
